#1. " Street Raptor Torque Converter 700R4 2004R" Fits 700R4, 200-4R and early 4L60E transmissions (1982-1997). This Performance/heavy duty balanced converter has furnace brazed fins and added strength. If you have a problem with your fins coming loose this is the way to go. This converter stalls at 2200 to 2500 RPM and gives a faster launch than a stock converter. Also comes in 1700 and 2000 stall speeds. Rated up to 350 horse power. Furnace brazing laminates the complete turbine shell. This effectively makes your converter one piece, leaving no weak links in your converter to cause a converter failure. Cost $200.00

#2." Super Street Raptor Torque Converter 700R4 2004R" Fits 700R4, 200-4R and non-LS1 4L60E transmissions (1982-1997). This stall converter is balanced, has furnace brazed fins, bearing construction and a wider carbon fiber clutch. This converter can be ordered with stall speeds of 2000, 2300, 2600 or 2800 RPM. Can also be ordered with a stall speed of 1800 RPM for towing, 4WD and stock motors. We now have this converter in a 1200 RPM stall speed for diesels. Rated up to 450 horse power. No Nitrous, buy #2X if you have Nitrous. Cost $309.00.

#5X. " Power Raptor Lock-up Torque Converter 700R4 2004R" Fits 700R4, 200-4R and non-LS1 4L60E transmissions. This is a 10 inch converter with a 12 inch lock-up carbon fiber clutch rated up to 700 horse power. Can be ordered in stall speeds of 2000 to 4000 RPM. We stock 2000, 2600, 2800, 3000 and 3200. Lower 60 foot times and improved quarter mile times, an average of 1/2 second reduction! This torque converter has a torque multiplication rate of 2.5. The Ultimate Top of the Line Lock-Up Converter. #2L-11. " Eleven Inch Super Street Raptor Torque Converter 4l60E LS1" Fits 4L60E transmissions, 1998 up LS1 type motors only. This 11 Inch stall converter is balanced, has furnace brazed fins, all bearing construction and a Sonnax carbon fiber clutch. This converter is lighter and has an inch smaller diameter than the stock size. It actually has a full size 12 inch clutch with an 11 inch converter body, notice the 1/2 inch inset on each side. This converter can be ordered with stall speeds of 2600, 2800, 3000 or 3200 RPM. May stall up to 200 RPM higher with enough low end torque. Good up to 550 horse power. Cost $440.00

4T65E Performance Torque Converter
2005 - Another PATC first. Developed a 245MM torque converter for 3.8L GM L67 supercharged motors with the 4T65E-HD transmission. This torque converter can be used with the stock L67 flywheel without the need to drill new torque converter bolt holes in the flywheel. Bolt the smaller 245MM torque converter to the existing flywheel without any changes. Stall speeds of 2200 to 4000 RPM can be ordered. The larger converter bolt circle is built right on the smaller converter. This is done with an adapter ring built onto the torque converter. Up until 3-18-2005 new converter bolt holes had to be drilled in the flywheel that was built for the 258MM converter.
#7-TR. 4T65E, 245 MM performance torque converter. It'll have a stall speed of 500 RPM or better over stock (you choose) and a carbon fiber clutch. The stock size torque converter is 258 MM on the 4T65E-HD transmission. A smaller lighter torque converter with a higher stall speed means more power to the wheels and faster times. This converter weighs 5 1/2 pounds less than the 258 MM converter. This torque converter fits L67 and L32 motors. (add $50.00 core charge if you don't trade-in a 258MM converter) Cost $399.00
#LS1-700. Crankshaft spacer to install an early type 700R4, 4L60E, 200-4R, TH350, or TH400 transmission on a LS1 type motor. Six longer flywheel bolts included. The LS1 flywheel is reused. The flywheel goes on first then the spacer. The torque converter bolt holes in your flywheel must be elongated to fit your non-LS1 torque converter bolt circle. Cost $112.00
All 200-4R transmissions have a 27 input shaft spline count. 1982, 1983 and some 1984 700R4 transmissions have a 27 spline count. Late 1984 and newer 700R4 / 4L60 and 4L60E transmissions have a 30 spline count. We must have the input shaft spline count when ordering a converter for a 200-4R, 700R4, 4L60 or 4L60E transmission. These converters will only fit motors with full size bell housings. We also need to know if you have a LS1 type motor and bell housing bolt pattern.
Stall speeds aren't an exact science. All stall speeds are an estimate. Your converter could stall differently depending on your motor. Stall speeds can't be checked at a stop unless your brakes have enough holding power to hold the rear tires from turning. On full size torque converters stall speed listings are based on motors having 230 foot pounds of torque at 2500 RPM. More torque at 2500 RPM will give a higher stall speed, less torque at 2500 RPM will give a lower stall speed than rated.
Guidelines:
1. Converter stall speeds above 2800 RPM aren't recommended for street use. Excessive RPM for take-off can cause over-heating to occur in normal driving conditions. External transmission coolers are highly recommended with over a 2000 RPM stall speed or towing. This is in addition to the cooler in your radiator. 2. For acceptable performance, axle ratios should be 3:42 to 1 or greater. Ratios in the high "2's" and low "3's" do not perform as desired with converters with stall speeds above 2000 RPM. 3. Stall speeds of 3000 RPM or greater aren't recommended for use with engines with an "advertised" cam duration of less than 292. 4. Vehicles equipped with transmission brakes, nitrous, turbo-chargers, or blowers require a torque converter equipped with special features.Stall speed is measured at wide open throttle. Anything less than WOT will have a lower stall speed. Our 700R4 torque converters lock-up in overdrive automatically. For street use in a 2WD (under 450 horse power) you would need somewhere between 1800 to 2300 stall depending on what feel you like. A 4WD for street use usually uses 1600 to 2000 RPM. Higher stalls than these are usually used on higher horse power motors and for drag racing. The ratings you see on torque converters are for small block motors. The same converter behind a big block will stall as much as 700 RPM higher. A 2800 or higher stall speed on the street would have a jack rabbit take off at full throttle, but have a mushy feeling at less than full throttle. The higher the stall speed the softer the shift feel.
