Billet Torque Converters for GM / Chevy 700R4, 4L60, Early 4L60E

#MR-2. MegaRaptor-2 Billet Torque Converter. This is our 10 1/2 inch Billet Converter with a Billet Clutch Apply Piston that will not flex. It has a very large carbon clutch with 29.258 square inches of clutch lining. The torque multiplication rates can be ordered in 2 to 1, 2.5 to 1 or 3 to 1. The torque multiplication of this converter will deliver an increase of up to 50 horse power to the rear wheels. The MegaRaptor-2 with its carbon fiber clutch will withstand power levels of 1000 horse power. This 10 1/2 inch converter can be ordered with stall speeds of 2000 to 5500 RPM. Fits 700R4, 200-4R and early style 4L60E transmissions. Cost $795.00

Note: All 2004R's are 27 spline. 700R4's 1982-83 are 27 spline, 1984 could be either way 27 or 30 spline, 1985 and up are 30 spline. Also note that the proper spline to count is the small input shaft as the larger shaft is the stator shaft and all of those are 27 spline, so be sure to count the smaller diameter shaft.

Note: All 2004R's are 27 spline. 700R4's 1982-83 are 27 spline, 1984 could be either way 27 or 30 spline, 1985 and up are 30 spline. This Bolt together torque converter can be rebuilt by the DIY person in your own garage or even at the track! These stall converters can be modified, repaired, and rebuilt without the need of a lathe and welder. These will stall at about 3200 to 4000 with a 550HP to 650HP engine, The more HP and torque will make these stall higher. This has all the bells and whistles. It has the Super Sprag and of course its all brazed and such as these high HP torque converters need to be. These things can handle huge amounts of horse power!! 1500HP Easy!!! So don't pay $1800.00 or more, get yours here! Cost $1400.00 with the Super Sprag. Also available with a regular sprag with a holding power of 800HP for $200.00 less.

#A1000. Super Heavy Duty Allison Billet torque converter for the Allison 1000 transmission. This Allison billet torque converter comes with a larger clutch than the stock converter. Good for heavy towing and motor homes. Also has all bearing and welded construction. Rated at 600 horse power and 1000 torque. Cost without a core, Gas or Diesel $895.00

#8DX. Dodge Cummins Diesel single clutch billet torque converter. Fits 618, 47RH, 47RE and 48RE. Can be ordered with a billet clutch piston with a large oversize clutch. The billet CNC piston will not flex. This billet torque converter has a red lining that is 38% larger than a stock clutch. Can be ordered in a lower stall speed with the aluminum billet stator option. The increased power of a modified diesel engine raises the stall speed of stock torque converters, which is detrimental to vehicle towing performance and drivability. We now offers a low stall stator for Dodge diesel pickup truck owners who have increased the power output of their engines for added towing and general performance. Cost $750.00 plus a refundable $175.00 core charge. Standard build Total $925.00. Add $150.00 for Billet Piston, add $315.00 for Billet Piston and Stator.

The Steel Stator Option can be added to. The steel stator is for very high torque engines. This stator will lower the stall speed about 500 RPM. The increased power of a modified diesel engine raises the stall speed of stock torque converters, which is detrimental to vehicle towing performance and drivability. We now offers this low stall steel stator for Dodge diesel pickup truck owners who have increased the power output of their engines for added towing and general performance. The stators steel parts are made on a CNC machine then solid TIG welded together. Add $299.00 for the Steel Stator option.
